1. Le Grand Powers, the secret hotel on the Champs-Élysées
Just a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Élysées, the Grand Powers Hotel is a luxurious and discreet boutique hotel that celebrated its 100th anniversary this year. A legendary Parisian landmark of the 1920s, it was renovated in 2019 by architects Bastie-Behzadi and interior designer Cathy Crinon, and now features a sophisticated blend of Art Deco and Haussmannian styles.
It boasts an exceptional location, right in the heart of the Golden Triangle and just a stone’s throw from Avenue Montaigne, tucked away from prying eyes yet close to the most sought-after streets of the 8th arrondissement.
Hidden away in the basement is a spa that can be reserved for private use, so you can enjoy the space and treatments in complete privacy.
On the ground floor, you can take a seat at Café 52, an excellent restaurant with seating for about thirty, featuring a menu based entirely on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and a fine selection of artisanal wines.

2. L’Hôtel, a secret hotel in Paris’s 6th arrondissement
The final resting place of Oscar Wilde, this boutique hotel—designed by Jacques Garcia—is located in the heart of the historic Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhood.
Among the 20 rooms spread over 6 floors around a beautiful spiral staircase is a genuine 45-square-meter Parisian apartment with a terrace and breathtaking views of the rooftops. Downstairs, the cocktail bar comes alive in the evening thanks to the “Larmes de Poséidon”—a cocktail made with gin and bergamot liqueur—while guests await the reopening of the restaurant, which is currently undergoing renovations.
The highlight: The hotel features a swimming pool with a steam room, accessible only to hotel guests by reservation.

3. Cour des Vosges, Paris’s New Historic Hotel 4
This private mansion, which overlooks the Cour des Vosges, is housed in the former Hôtel de Montbrun, which has been designated a historic monument since 1954. The site, which is listed as a 5-star hotel, features just 6 guest rooms and an equal number of suites, offering an exceptionally intimate experience, with common areas kept to an absolute minimum: there is only a tea room where you can enjoy light snacks created by Yann Brys, the pastry chef at Le Brach. The terrace beneath the arcades, meanwhile, lets you enjoy the idyllic setting of Louis XIII Square. But that’s not all—a « Roman bath »…is also available to guests who’d like to get out of their rooms…"

4. Le Ballu, the secret hotel in Paris’s 9th arrondissement
A former mansion built by the figurative painter Charles Wislin, Le Ballu, a hotel located just a stone's throw from the Grands Boulevards, was renovated by a couple passionate about architecture in the Nouvelle Athènes neighborhood. A tribute to the world of Tintin and the imaginary land of Syldavia, this hotel—with its retro and colorful decor—breaks the mold of luxury hospitality.
37 rooms, a bistro-style à la carte restaurant curated by Michaël Riss, a lap pool, a spa directly inspired by 1960s Russian baths, and a lush inner courtyard perfectly sum up the experience that awaits you if you decide to step inside Le Ballu.
