The building preserves every trace of its history: original stone walls, antique solid-wood doors, frescoes, statues, fireplaces, hanging lanterns, and century-old vaulted ceilings. One of the distinctive features of the Pollicastro is the uniqueness of its 12 rooms and suites. During the restoration work, each space revealed an architectural surprise: an ancient religious alcove, a medieval ceiling, remnants of a former living area, or even access to secret parts of the palace.
