We love Firmdale hotels for two main reasons: the decor and the service. Another important factor is the presence of a high-quality restaurant, where we enjoy having breakfast and dinner in a trendy setting.
The rooms at the Crosby Street Hotel are spacious, each with its own unique decor, and we especially love the ones that overlook the inner courtyard. Whether you choose a room or a suite, you’ll love every little detail and every thoughtful touch: the luxurious fabrics, the artwork that’s always perfectly chosen to complement the room’s theme, the comfortable armchairs and sofas… When you step into a Firmdale room, you always feel as though you’re entering an ideal home—wonderfully decorated, arranged, and thoughtfully designed. A setting that borders on perfection in terms of interior design.
Among the services offered by the hotel are a fitness center, the option to host parties, meetings, and other events, as well as a 99-seat movie theater, with screenings on Sundays as part of the Sunday Night Film Club.
The Crosby Street Hotel is no exception to the rule that’Afternoon Tea, which is offered by all Firmdale properties in London. You can enjoy it at the restaurant, but as a hotel guest, we recommend that you enjoy it in the Library, a cozy communal space that Kit Kemp takes pleasure in decorating with taste and originality in each of her hotels. Of note is the presence, as in all of the brand’s hotels, of a honesty bar : Help yourself and write down what you took on a piece of paper—be completely honest.
