Michelin-starred, the 1217 welcomes you to its majestic Guard Room for an intimate dinner or on the terrace for lunch with a sublime view of the surroundings. Don't miss the delicious traditional Chartreuse soufflé, refreshed with white cheese and lime: a little marvel!
