Enjoying an aperitif in a giant bubble high up in the mountains

We recently learned of the opening of a new «rooftop bar» in New York: Bar 54, perched at the very top of the Hyatt Times Square hotel, at 54^e floor, to be precise. A veritable whirlwind of lights, energy, and tourists from all corners of the globe—needless to say, Times Square is undoubtedly the most famous intersection in the world.

There are other «rooftop bars» in New York, but the one at the Park Hyatt Times Square is among the trendiest. Always looking to impress even more, the bar has therefore found the solution to allow its customers to enjoy the venue 365 days a year by installing huge bubbles (yes, really!) where they can have a drink and socialize despite the winter cold or inclement weather.

In fact, the bar now features two giant, elegantly furnished bubbles designed to satisfy its most discerning customers and/or attract curious visitors eager to see the Chrysler Building and Manhattan from the top of 54^e floor.

Please note: Two drinks are served to all guests, and reservations are highly recommended since the champagne is reserved exclusively for the party.
