A legendary hotel
A precursor to French palaces, the Hôtel Royal was inaugurated in 1909 in Évian-les-Bains, commissioned by the Évian mineral water company, which aimed to build the finest hotel in Europe. Its Belle Époque facade and frescoes by Gustave Jaulmes earned it a place among the very select few distinguished palaces in France. Renovated in 2015, the Hôtel Royal now combines French art de vivre with contemporary design. This subtle blend of history and modernity is reflected in its 150 rooms and 32 suites. The traditional powdered blue has been retained, but enhanced with Carrara marble, teak, and solid oak. Artworks by great artists, dotted throughout the hotel, are nods to the prestigious history of the place. The hotel is the ideal venue for organizing luxurious vacations, or simply a Gourmet weekend or of a A relaxing weekend for couples or with family.

An invitation to relax
The 1200m² spa, located at the source of Evian water, is a true bubble of well-being. After being pampered in a treatment room, an afternoon tea offers pastries and small sandwiches in true style, while the outdoor hydro-contact circuit eliminates any lingering tension. For those who prefer outdoor activities, the Hôtel Royal boasts one of the world's most renowned 18-hole golf courses, set in a splendid environment.
Finally, the palace boasts a Michelin-starred restaurant, Les Fresques, with a magical setting, where one can savor the subtle surf-and-turf cuisine of Chef Patrice Vander, while peacefully seated facing Lake Geneva.
