Which restaurant in Montpellier would you recommend? – Le Jardin des Sens
New generation, new creed. Le Jardin des Sens, from the unmissable Pourcel brothers Jacques and Laurent, has reopened with a concept of 10 or 15 plates, each a delicious bite. We're completely captivated by the «Dialogue with our Mediterranean,» which impressed us with both the quality and nobility of the dishes served (lobster, Mediterranean scallops, caviar...), as well as the originality of the flavor combinations and the extreme quality of the cooking. Simply tasting the «sea bass, León cecina, eggplant purée» or the «wild sea bream heart, caviar, and celery jus» once is enough to realize we absolutely made the right choice favoring this already legendary establishment. A visit is an absolute must when staying in Montpellier, with future stars expected to soon, as early as 2022, reward the exceptional work of the twin chefs.
Namely, the Jardin des Sens is located within the beautiful Richer de Belleval hotel, an elegant and sophisticated address with remarkable decor.

Terminal #1
Heading to the Marché du Lez for a most exciting bistronomic experience. In a rehabilitated old wine storehouse, brothers Pourcel and Olivier Château wanted to create a place all their own, united by a shared passion for giving new life to unique venues. Polished concrete and metal beams are found alongside original wood, antique finds, graffiti, and old mirrors. Bonus: the fully open kitchen allows you to admire the teams at work during service. We love the lunch menu, featuring local products with a twist, blending simplicity and deliciousness.
