It is in the vast Tarentaise Valley, right near the Italian border, that this first venture by the I.L.Y. group (which stands for “I Love You”) recently opened its doors to delight ski enthusiasts.

An ideal location…
Nestled in the heart of La Rosière—a resort founded in the early 1960s in keeping with the traditional Alpine architecture of stone and wood—this luxurious, brand-new four-star hotel now overlooks the Eucherts district. Located less than thirty minutes from Bourg-Saint-Maurice, the hotel—despite being perched at an altitude of over 1,800 meters—is easily accessible. At this high altitude, winter sports enthusiasts are guaranteed to find excellent snow conditions right on site—and plenty of sunshine to boot! To make the most of it, 154 kilometers of slopes in the San Bernardo ski area, which extends into Italy, are right at the hotel’s doorstep. Ideal, therefore, as Ski resort for skiing in Italy !

A mountain chalet with a contemporary design aesthetic!
Beneath the rough-hewn wooden roof, 69 rooms—including 22 suites—open onto a cozy and warm atmosphere, typical of chalets in this mountain hotel. Here, most of the traditional Savoyard furniture of yesteryear has given way to recycled designer pieces or furniture made from local larch, featuring clean lines. The light wood tones are tastefully paired with soft, warm hues. Throughout the decor, objects evoking the world of snow—such as vintage wooden sleds and fir branches—reinforce the sense of connection to the locale.
With generous square footage (ranging from 25 to 137 square meters), the rooms are spacious and open to the outdoors, featuring terraces and panoramic views of the mountain peaks.
The must-have? In some rooms and suites, the bathtub has moved out of the bathroom and into the bedroom, right at the foot of the bed.

Enjoy a delicious meal or relax at the spa—why choose?
With a gourmet menu that evokes a sense of nostalgia, featuring local ingredients (lake-caught fish, Savoyard charcuterie and cheeses, Italian risotto…), Bonami—with its colorful yet subtly subdued decor—is sure to create a great atmosphere! All day long, whether you’re curled up on the velvet sofas, relaxing at the high tables in the serene dining room, or out on the terrace, you can warm up with a selection of homemade soups.

To enhance your well-being and ensure a moment of relaxation after hitting the slopes and enjoying a meal, the Pure Altitude Spa—spanning just over 400 square meters—features treatments based on mountain herbs. Almost entirely glass-enclosed, with panoramic views of the snow-capped mountains from every area, it offers all the amenities you’d expect from this range of services: an indoor pool, a hot tub, a steam room, a sauna, and treatment rooms.
