Having just undergone a makeover, the Grand Hôtel du Palais Royal is riding the wave of the series "Emily in Paris"... and its exceptional location near the Palais Royal Gardens and the Louvre Museum. A visit.
This hotel in the very center of Paris Near the Palais Royal has become, in a matter of months, one of the most Instagrammable spots in the capital. This is, of course, thanks to the international success of the series Emily in Paris which is located right next door to the marketing agency where the main character is supposed to work. But if the Paris presented by the Netflix teams has been greatly magnified by the grace of special effects, the hotel, one of the 5-star hotels in Paris Travel magazine editors' picks www.yonder.fr, does not need technical processes to establish itself as one of the most recommendable places to stay in the heart of the city.
Just a stone's throw from the Comédie Française and the Louvre Museum, the Grand Hôtel du Palais Royal already had the advantage of a prime location. By undergoing a major renovation, it has just added other assets. Starting with the decor by Pierre-Yves Rochon. The interior designer, who specializes in palaces and beautiful historic residences (L'Hôtel de Paris in Monaco, the Four Seasons George V and Shangri-La in Paris, the Grand Hôtel du Cap in Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat...), has, of course, left his mark and his taste for a certain grand French style. But while respecting the spirit of tradition, the decorator has managed to blend it with a contemporary perspective.

Maxime Raab's short circuit

His «all-day dining» menu (from 7 AM to midnight) emphasizes products that are most often organic, sourced from certified farms for meats, and from responsible and measured fisheries for fish. It even offers a fine range of vegetarian and gluten-free options. Healthy, we tell you!
For the relaxation, The hotel offers a lovely small wellness area with a hammam and jacuzzi, a fitness room, and two treatment rooms offering massages and treatments using products from Mélanie Huynh's Holidermie brand.
