For accommodations, the hotel offers 59 brightly lit rooms and suites, blending modern comfort with a vintage atmosphere. Each room reveals its own distinct character: 1930s furniture, authentic materials, unique pieces, and traditional bookshelves – like a collection of stories – reflecting Starck's signature style, all within generous spaces ranging from 24 to 37 m² for the rooms. The suites, measuring 60 to 210 m², enhance the experience with landscaped terraces featuring Scandinavian hot tubs or jacuzzis. They also unveil exceptional panoramas of the Parisian sky, sometimes offering views all the way to the Iron Lady.

Le Brach also cultivates a particular art of gastronomy and well-being. The restaurant, orchestrated by chef Adam Bentalha, offers a sunny and elegant Mediterranean cuisine. The pastry section, under the direction of Fabien Emery, offers sweets to enjoy on-site or to take away. The Sunday brunch, one of the most remarkable and generous in the capital, has quickly become the weekly ritual for a clientele seeking a friendly atmosphere. With its various spaces (restaurant, terrace, bar, rooftop), Le Brach was designed to welcome its guests from dawn to dusk, like an urban jewel open to all.

In the basement, an imposing sports complex evokes the world of 1930s boxing gyms, with a luxurious twist. Individual sports sessions, group activities, or personalized coaching, as well as expert consultations (naturopathy, osteopathy, Harawell method, etc.) are offered. An elegant Clarins and Precious by Clarins spa area, a sauna, a steam room, a salt cave, as well as two pools (one of which is 22 meters long) complete this high-flying offering.

The Hotel Montalembert

Behind its Haussmannian facade, an intimate interior is revealed, subtly renovated, where every detail has been designed for comfort and serenity. Warm tones, noble materials, and soft lighting create a hushed, almost residential atmosphere. The Restaurant in Paris, The neighborhood favorite extends this experience by offering contemporary French cuisine in a setting that is both chic and convivial.

The 40 rooms (15 to 22 m²) and 12 suites (25 to 40 m²) at Hôtel Montalembert give the impression of stepping into a true Parisian apartment. With materials such as aged brass, ebony, and raw silk, they embody the French art de vivre. Some of them even feature a balcony offering a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. Located on the 7th and 8th floors, the suites provide a sublime panorama of the Paris rooftops and sometimes even the Eiffel Tower. As for the two signature suites, numbers 51 and 82, they are the work of Anne Jousse, the director of the B Signature Hotels & Resorts group. With their herringbone parquet flooring, precious fabrics, and exceptional furniture, these suites are true masterpieces. Anne Jousse has incorporated her favorite pieces here, as well as a selection of paintings by artist Jean-Pierre Bourquin, whom she particularly favors.

At the restaurant, a true meeting place for locals and professionals in the neighborhood, Chef Cyril Russo offers a refined and seasonal culinary experience, where French cuisine staples are enhanced for the greatest pleasure of the guests. As soon as the warmer days arrive, guests can enjoy the elegant terrace, and when the temperature drops, the cozy and welcoming fireplace lounge charms visitors. It subtly reinterprets the spirit of the Marquis de Sers, after whom it is named, in an elegant, subtle, and bright decor adorned with sculptures, plaster busts, antique paintings, and classic-lined furniture. Every detail has been meticulously thought out to offer the comfort of a high-end Parisian apartment, perfect for an intimate extended stay. We love the wall tapestries, the iridescent beige curtains, the powdery pink sofa, and the cushions beautifully decorated with floral motifs.

The Hotel Vernet

One block from the Arc de Triomphe, on a quiet street in the Golden Triangle that bears his name, Hôtel Vernet is one of our favorite boutique hotels in the neighborhood. Behind the Haussmannian stone of a 1913 building, this 5-star hotel off the Champs-Élysées has made contemporary art its signature: works of art in the hallways and lounges, the ceiling of the lounge bar adorned with a creation by Jean-Michel Alberola, the establishment is traversed like a private gallery.

But what makes this hotel particularly remarkable is its monumental glass roof designed by Gustave Eiffel. Under this iron and glass structure, flooded with light all day long, the restaurant Le V welcomes Chef Baldassare Mazzara, who reinterprets the Sicilian flavors of his childhood in a precise and sunny Mediterranean fusion cuisine, one of the finest hotel dining experiences in the 8th arrondissement.

Regarding accommodation, the 50 rooms and suites are designed by François Champsaur. The interior designer has created a dialogue between Haussmannian heritage and contemporary lines, with extensive use of oak, Arpin throws, Pierre Frey fabrics, and original marble. The room sizes range from 18 m² for the Superior room to 100 m² for the three-bedroom interconnecting Suite. We have a soft spot for the Executive Balcony, which expands to include a private balcony overlooking the Parisian rooftops. The Clefs d'Or conciergerie curates bespoke Parisian experiences, and the naturally lit fitness area complements the offerings, extended by in-room treatments upon reservation.

Green Key certified, Le Vernet boasts a «Modern Art Story» signature that is evident from the moment you step inside. A five-star, human-scale establishment where Parisian Parisian art of living in the neighborhood combines with genuine contemporary graphic sensibility.

SAX Paris

Facing the Eiffel Tower, on Avenue de Saxe, which lends it its name, the 5-star SAX Paris, now part of Hilton's LXR Hotels & Resorts collection, is already among our favorite Left Bank addresses. Behind its facade, 118 rooms and suites share a common vocabulary: marble, clean lines, and minibars curated by Le Bon Marché. The spaces range from 258 sq ft for the SAX Room to 861 sq ft for the Signature Suite, the largest at the hotel, with the Prestige Junior Suite measuring 538 sq ft. Some rooms overlook the rooftops of the 7th arrondissement, while others face the tranquil landscaped garden; a Deluxe room with a terrace adds a private slice of the sky.

The dining experience operates on two levels. On the ground floor, SAX55 serves seasonal cuisine, which extends to Bar 55, opening onto the same greenery. At the top, the rooftop hosts Kinugawa Rive Gauche, a Japanese restaurant where sashimi, maki, and binchotan-seared fish can be savored against the backdrop of the Parisian panorama.

In addition, there is a gallery, spa, swimming pool and jacuzzi, a fitness area, and 24-hour concierge service, with adjoining rooms for families. Awarded a Michelin Key, you'll leave SAX at dusk, a drink in hand on the rooftop, as the Iron Lady lights up just opposite.

The Great Mazarin

The first Parisian address for Maisons Pariente (Crillon-le-Brave, Coucou in Méribel, Lou Pinet in Saint-Tropez), this luxury hotel decorated by Martin Brudnizki is nestled on Rue de la Verrerie in the heart of the vibrant Marais district.

Inside, 50 rooms and 11 suites reveal personalized universes inspired by the Grand Siècle classical period and French decorative arts, through materials and objects from French craftsmanship, manufactured by EPVs (understand Living Heritage Companies). Between delectable soft colors, precious hangings, designer trinkets, and uniquely lined furniture, the striking result is sure to impress!

We sat down at the Boubalé restaurant (a reference to the favorite expression of Ashkenazi grandmothers), run by Michelin-starred chef Assaf Granit, to discover and savor a festive and exotic feast.

In terms of well-being, the house opens the doors to a precious and private haven of relaxation with its indoor swimming pool nestled under an arched, artistic ceiling, hand-painted by Jean Merle.

Located on the Left Bank, this Parisian luxury hotel stands out for its discreet and intimate charm, inspired by the world of the star ballet dancer Cléo de Mérode – nicknamed as such by Reynaldo Hahn.
