«Excellent cuisine and carefully selected wine are not enough on their own. To truly enjoy themselves, our guests must feel as comfortable as they do at home.» Eric Martins

Opened in 2006, the restaurant earned its first star in 2009. At the helm in the kitchen, Thomas Boullault is committed to using seasonal ingredients.

«My cuisine is rich in emotions, flavors, and colors.". When I cook, all my senses are heightened; I’m passionate and excited by the process of creating and reimagining a dish… But cooking is, above all, about the joy and the desire to share—with my team and, of course, with our guests. »From my kitchen, which opens onto the living room, I can see their emotions. They’re undoubtedly what help me grow the most every day…" Thomas Boullault

As for Eric Martins, he trained at some of the finest restaurants, from Ledoyen to Lucas Carton, among others. After five years working alongside Alain Senderens, he decided to open his own restaurant dedicated to lovers of fine dining and wine. The wines are selected with meticulous care and passion by Renaud Laurent, the sommelier at L’Arôme, alongside Eric Martins and Thomas Boullault. The wine cellars, designed by Covafrin, were custom-built and are located right in the dining room. Much like the open kitchen, this makes it easier to connect with guests.

Weekly lunch menu (59 euros) and the Arôme menu (79 euros), served with an amuse-bouche, a starter, and a main course.
