The Most Beautiful Hotels in Paris's 7th Arrondissement
May 15, 2026 Pauline

Paris’s 7th arrondissement embodies the very essence of refinement and the French art of living. Located just steps from the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, and the Musée d’Orsay, this neighborhood appeals to travelers seeking unique experiences as well as the most discerning Parisians. It is home to some of the capital’s most elegant hotels, featuring exquisite architecture, personalized service, exceptional spas, and gourmet dining. Here is a selection of the most beautiful hotels in the 7th arrondissement…

Hôtel La Bourdonnais: A New Take on the Travel Journal, Just Steps from the Eiffel Tower

Located at 111 Avenue de la Bourdonnais, this 4-star boutique hotel has just reopened in the spring of 2026 following a complete renovation designed by Oscar Lucien Ono and his firm, Maison Numéro 20. Paying homage to Bertrand-François Mahé de La Bourdonnais, a naval officer and great 18th-century explorer, the hotel draws its narrative from the theme of travel, blending Parisian elegance with a taste for faraway places. The 53 rooms and suites (ranging from 12 to 33 m²) feature three distinct color schemes: deep blue and oriental-inspired floral motifs for the Junior Suites; sandy beige with animal-print accents for the Executive rooms; and terracotta with Chinese-style silhouettes for the Deluxe and Classic rooms. On the sixth floor, the Eiffel Tower Executive Rooms offer a direct view of the Iron Lady.

On the ground floor, Minuit Express continues the odyssey after dark. This cocktail and spirits bar, helmed by Mahdi Provost, unfolds like a railway map with three stops: the Grand Tour Express and its Negroni with orange blossom-infused honey for the Old Continent, the Moonlight Express and its pandan-infused Old Fashioned for the Far East, and the Panamerican Express and its Paloma with mate-infused tequila for the Americas. A playful detail: La Bourdonnais rum from Mauritius is among the spirits on the menu.

So, in short? Hotel near the Eiffel Tower Certified with the European Ecolabel, La Bourdonnais combines the spirit of an Enlightenment-era explorer with a nightclub featuring three distinct areas, just a few steps from the Champ-de-Mars.

SAX Paris Hotel: A New 5-Star Hotel Near the Eiffel Tower

Located at 55 Avenue de Saxe, near the Eiffel Tower and adjacent to the Champ-de-Mars, the Hôtel SAX Paris opened its doors in the spring of 2025 under the LXR Hotels & Resorts brand, the Hilton Group’s luxury lifestyle collection. Developed by Compagnie de Phalsbourg and under the artistic direction of Karine Journo, this 5-star property features 118 rooms and suites (ranging from 24 to 80 m²) adorned with marble, fine materials, and Le Bon Marché-branded minibars. On the ground floor, a gallery lined with mirrors and Baccarat chandeliers opens onto a secret garden designed by Studio Ravn in the style of a French formal garden—complete with a heated pool and a jacuzzi.

When it comes to dining, the hotel offers a variety of options. SAX55 serves seasonal cuisine at the bar or in the garden, while Kinugawa Rive Gauche brings its signature Franco-Japanese fare—sashimi, creative maki rolls, and fish cooked over binchotan charcoal. At the top, the Kinugawa rooftop features a panoramic terrace facing the Eiffel Tower, where Sunday brunch is also served. A spa, fitness center, 24-hour concierge service, and digital key access round out the amenities.

So, in short? This 5-star establishment in the 7th arrondissement combines a scenographically designed gallery, a garden by Studio Ravn, and a Japanese-style rooftop terrace overlooking one of Paris’s most beautiful views.
