Since May 13, 2015, Denny IMBROISI has been in charge of the restaurant IDA. And the chef is far from a novice in the kitchen: from Mauro Colagreco to Jules Verne, via William Ledeuil and the well-known show Top Chef, he needs no introduction.
As for their cuisine? It has gained many followers: the chef's pasta is made fresh and by hand every day, and even though the (real) recipe for Spaghetti Carbonara can pass for a classic, Denny's have their die-hard fans already. The chef even has a signature dessert: the Cappuccino.
