Recently opened and formerly hotel in Chantilly Part of the Hyatt brand, this resort—nestled in the heart of a 17-hectare park—consists of several buildings, including a 16th-century mille century, spread over 17 hectares. Two restaurants and a spa round out the offerings.
How to get there: 30 minutes to the Chantilly Gouvieux train station, then a 10-minute taxi ride, or 55 minutes by car.
