The Promises of Rocher Corbin
It's the Château Rocher Corbin, located in Montagne, north of Saint-Emilion, which offers this exceptionally delicate wine.
100 % Merlot
Its History : A cuvée created in 2005 from the estate's youngest vines.
Its Culture : This is an organic wine. One-third of the vineyard is left with grass cover, and the grapes are harvested by hand. No chemical inputs are used.
The winemaking process : through cold maceration and extended fermentation at a controlled temperature.
With : a dish served with a sauce or as an appetizer.
The Tasting : We love its rich, indulgent flavor and beautiful color. You’re sure to appreciate its undeniable balance.

Style
Style is a wine from the Corinne Depeyre Estate. What makes it special? There are several things. It’s a vegan wine, and its 2016 vintage received the Gold Medal at the 2017 Orange Wine Competition and a bronze medal (and a score of 88) at the DECANTER World Wine Awards.
60 % Grenache, 35 % Syrah, 5 % Mourvèdre
Its History : Corinne Depeyre took over the vineyard in 2015. This wine is the result of passion and a lot of hard work.
Its Culture : It is organic, biodynamic, and vegan all at once.
The winemaking process : It follows the lunar calendar and is fermented for 12 days in stainless-steel tanks.
With : with a vegan dish, of course—why not try seitan or smoked tempeh?.
The Tasting : It's a truly foodie and easy to enjoy, even for beginners. It’s fresh and pairs well with a wide variety of dishes. A wine you should always have in your cellar.
