A mesmerizing setting
Behind a secret door, you find yourself in a setting reminiscent of a scene from *The Grand Budapest Hotel*. This 80-square-meter suite, much like a Unique Hotel in Paris, is perched high above the rooftops, with its two terraces offering a panoramic view of the capital and its landmarks: the Arc de Triomphe, the Grand Palais, and, of course, the Eiffel Tower. Apartment 47 features a spacious living area with a cozy lounge on one side and a «bartender’s» area on the other, complete with a wall-mounted bar flanked by a massive island. Continuing the tour, you’ll also discover a bedroom, a white marble bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower, and a study that resembles a cabinet of curiosities. An old rotary-dial telephone, a typewriter, an antique globe, and a vintage transistor radio—visitors feel as if they’ve been transported to the heart of Germany’s Black Forest.

Why 47?
For the first time in France, Appartement 47 opened its doors in early July and will remain open until the end of October 2022. To access this exclusive, secret venue, there are no GPS coordinates and no address. Just a time and a meeting place. And the joy of letting the Lobby Boy guide you as you dive into the unknown. Much more than just a stay, a truly intimate experience awaits you, with the number 47 serving as its central theme.
47 little details are hidden throughout the apartment to make this moment special; little monkeys pop up here and there in the decor: on the wallpaper, in paintings on the wall, on cushions, in magazines, as figurines, and even on a vintage Donkey Kong arcade machine. Because here, the motto is to not take yourself too seriously—with board games and a touch of whimsy, including doorbells and buttons that serve no purpose.
A place for two types of stays
Apartment 47 is available for booking through October 31, every Friday and Saturday, with various package options.
Friday is «Wunder Nacht for 2» :Check in starting at 6:47 p.m. Take a seat on the terrace to enjoy the sunset as it sets the Champs-Élysées. Next, a dinner inspired by the cuisine of Baden-Württemberg will be served to you with the utmost discretion so as not to disturb the moment. A few cocktails served in your room—a unique night with a view of the Eiffel Tower. In the morning, breakfast in bed and a late checkout at 11:47 a.m.
