La raison ? Elles sont probablement nombreuses, mais gageons que la principale r\u00e9side dans le d\u00e9cor v\u00e9ritablement magique : les Baux-de-Provence vont accompagner votre s\u00e9jour d\u00e8s votre r\u00e9veil dans ce petit coin de paradis.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019h\u00e9bergement de Baumani\u00e8re s\u2019axe autour de 53 chambres toutes d\u00e9cor\u00e9es dans un style cosy et \u00e9l\u00e9gant par la ma\u00eetresse de maison, Genevi\u00e8ve Charial. Les meubles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 chin\u00e9s \u00e0 L\u2019Isle-sur-la-Sorgue ou choisis chez des designers de renom. Elle est situ\u00e9e au c\u0153ur d\u2019une nature quasi sauvage, dans un environnement qui vous fera regretter de devoir retrouver la ville un jour. Ce mas du XVIe si\u00e8cle abrite 11 chambres ainsi que le restaurant triplement \u00e9toil\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>On craque pour la Guigou, petit mas typiquement proven\u00e7al, qui dispose uniquement de 5 chambres, pour un maximum de tranquillit\u00e9. De plus, la vue y est absolument incroyable.<\/p>\n<p>Plus loin, on retrouve le Manoir, une grande bastide du XVIIIe si\u00e8cle et ses 13 chambres, ainsi que Carita et Flora, espaces harmonieux situ\u00e9s \u00e0 deux pas du spa Sisley de Baumani\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019il fallait choisir un type de chambre en particulier, ce serait les Prestige Luxe. Spacieuses et lumineuses, n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser que vous aimeriez une d\u00e9coration proven\u00e7ale ou plus moderne. Le vrai plus ? D\u00e9sormais, c\u2019est Glenn Viel qui est aux commandes du restaurant gastronomique deux \u00e9toiles Michelin\u00a0: \u00e0 42 ans, il poss\u00e8de d\u00e9j\u00e0 un parcours qui fait des envieux, ayant offici\u00e9 aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de Marc Marchand et Yannick All\u00e9no.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la carte, des saveurs entre terre et mer, \u00e0 l\u2019image du Saint-pierre cisel\u00e9 cuit \u00e0 la broche, l&rsquo;asperge verte, l&rsquo;une croquante &#8211; l&rsquo;autre en surcuisson, jus d\u2019ar\u00eates torr\u00e9fi\u00e9es.
