The January 2019 box<\/h2>\n

The first box of the year from Authentic Petit Bouchon<\/strong> was particularly exciting: beginning of the year, first box, first tastings! On the agenda for the editorial, a very interesting article on New Year's resolutions, addressing increasingly present themes: sulfite-free wine, natural wine, clean viticulture.<\/p>\n

Roc Collection<\/h2>\n

The property Bertrand and Vincent Marchesseau<\/strong> can I offer you a wine biological and biodynamic<\/strong>, with vines cultivated according to lunar cycles. We especially love the label!<\/p>\n

100 % Cabernet Franc.<\/p>\n

Its History<\/strong> : Bertrand and Vincent Marchesseau <\/strong>took over the family estate in 2001, with three appellations: Bourgueil, Chinon, and Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil. Two winemakers committed to making the most natural wines possible.<\/p>\n

Its Culture<\/strong> organic and biodynamic wine, it comes from 60-year-old vines.<\/p>\n

The winemaking process<\/strong> : manual harvesting, traditional winemaking, and a three-week maceration. We love the\u2019Aged 100 % in barrels in a cave cellar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Tradition Ch\u00e2teau Fontbaude<\/h2>\n

What a pleasure to be able to taste some organic wines<\/strong> It is still the case thanks to the selection of Tradition Ch\u00e2teau Fontbaude<\/strong>. A wine from Gironde that should excite even the most discerning. This wine has received the Silver medal at the Paris Agricultural Show 2017<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

75 % Merlot and 25 % Cabernet Franc.<\/p>\n

Its History<\/strong> The Sabat\u00e9 family has been in charge of the vineyard for many years. Since 2009, Christian and Yanick Sabat\u00e9 have committed to organic farming.<\/p>\n

Its Culture<\/strong> It is an organic wine, from a High Environmental Value (HEV)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The winemaking process<\/strong> total destemming and stainless steel vat fermentation. Classic winemaking with aging in stainless steel and cement vats.<\/p>\n
