Et c&rsquo;est chose faite\u00a0! Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son audace, il a choisi\u00a0de partir tenter sa chance \u00e0 Paris apr\u00e8s ses \u00e9tudes. Il obtient tr\u00e8s rapidement un poste au sein de la bridage du George V o\u00f9 il d\u00e9couvre alors la cuisine de palace.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est en 2007 que tout bascule pour Thomas Boullault, lorsqu&rsquo;il fait la rencontre d&rsquo;Eric Martins qui lui propose la place de chef de l&rsquo;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.travellers-society.com\/en\/larome-where-fine-dining-meets-warm-hospitality\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ar\u00f4me<\/a><\/strong>. En 2009, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de 28 ans, le jeune chef obtient une \u00e9toile pour son restaurant comme il l&rsquo;avait esp\u00e9r\u00e9. Challenge r\u00e9ussi, et il ne compte pas s&rsquo;arr\u00eater en si bon chemin\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, le chef offre \u00e0 ses clients une cuisine qui lui ressemble et o\u00f9 chaque cr\u00e9ation a un sens. Pourquoi\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mon chargeur d&rsquo;iphone ! Et une tr\u00e8s bonne bouteille de champagne ! Pour moi les voyages riment avec rencontres. C&rsquo;est toujours l&rsquo;occasion id\u00e9ale de partager quelques bulles, sur une plage paradisiaque ou perdu en montagne.<\/p>\n<p><em><span class=\"highlighted\">JR<\/span><\/em> : <strong>Lorsque vous voyagez en r\u00eave, o\u00f9 allez-vous\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mon dernier r\u00eave justement, c&rsquo;est la route 66. Partir avec mes amis \u00e0\u00a0moto et nous arr\u00eater dans les plus belles tables des Etats-Unis ! Ce r\u00eave devrait d&rsquo;ailleurs bient\u00f4t devenir r\u00e9alit\u00e9&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><em><span class=\"highlighted\">JR<\/span><\/em> : <strong>Votre pire souvenir de voyage\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les Seychelles pour mon voyage de noces ! Ma femme \u00e9tait parfaite, mais le voyage ne s&rsquo;est pas d\u00e9roul\u00e9 comme pr\u00e9vu&#8230; Ce serait un peu long \u00e0 raconter, mais nous nous sommes rattrap\u00e9s depuis, rassurez-vous !<\/p>\n<p><em><span class=\"highlighted\">JR<\/span><\/em> : <strong>Un parfum qui vous invite \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9vasion\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il y a en a tant !
