After five years working alongside Alain Senderens, he decided to open his own restaurant dedicated to lovers of fine dining and wine. The wines are selected with meticulous care and passion by Renaud Laurent, the sommelier at L\u2019Ar\u00f4me, alongside Eric Martins and Thomas Boullault. The wine cellars, designed by Covafrin, were custom-built and are located right in the dining room.
